More short loops and local views...

Before any heavy stuff, it was time to remind myself of some more of my previously-tried favourite short loops, and how there's a lovely view virtually everywhere you look round here. (Let's ignore the industrial estate on the way into Die, shall we?)

So, pictures below from rides to the Gervanne Valley and the Col de la Croix, to Luc-en-Diois, and from an amble on foot around my house. You might get familiar with the big lump of rock behind my house and Die called the 'Glandasse' (or, more accurately, 'Montagne de Glandasse'): at its highest it rises to 6600ft above sea level, which is quite a thought when you realise that once it formed part of the sea bed.
